"I had the luxury of observing this first hand as she represented GE Aerospace as a National Sales Executive- Courtney was always putting others before herself. Inspired by her demeanor and track record of success, I approached Courtney to see if she’d consider mentoring me as I entered the mid-level management phase of my career.

 

5 years and two promotions later, I attribute much of my success, both career and personal, to Courtney.
